POJEDNÁNÍ O VZKŘÍŠENÍ

¹ Někteří říkají, že vzkříšení je nemožné. Jiní, že je jen pro budoucnost. Ale pravda je jiná: vzkříšení je skutečné, už teď, pro ty, kdo ho poznají. ² Je to jako semeno, které se schovává v zemi – vypadá mrtvé, ale uvnitř žije. Když přijde čas, prorazí povrch, stane se stromem. Tak je to s námi: tělo je země, duch je semeno. Smrt je jen spánek, z něhož se probouzíme. ³ Proč by Otec, který stvořil všechno, nechal své děti v temnotě? Ne, on nás volá zpět. ⁴ Vzkříšení není o mase, které se rozpadá – to je jen stín. Pravé vzkříšení je probuzení duše, poznání Otce, návrat do Plnosti. ⁵ Když Syn přišel, ukázal nám cestu: zemřel, ale žije. Ne v těle, které trpí, ale v duchu, který je věčný. ⁶ My také – když pochopíme, že jsme jeho, že jsme z něho vyšli – už jsme vzkříšení. ⁷ Někteří se bojí smrti, protože myslí na tělo. Ale proč? Tělo je šat, který odložíme. Duch zůstane. ⁸ A když se vrátíme k Otci, šat se nevrátí – zůstane v prachu. ⁹ Tak nečekej na poslední den. Vzkříšení je teď: když se obrátíš dovnitř, když poznáš pravdu, když se staneš plným. Pak smrt ztratí moc, protože už jsi živý v tom, co je nad smrtí. ¹⁰ Proto pravím: Buď střízlivý, buď bdělý, buď poznáním. Vzkříšení není událost – je to stav. A ten stav máš v sobě. Amen.

A TREATISE ON THE RESURRECTION

¹ Some say that resurrection is impossible. Others say it is only for the future. But the truth is different: resurrection is real, right now, for those who recognize it. ² It is like a seed hidden in the ground—it looks dead, but inside it is alive. When the time comes, it breaks through the surface and becomes a tree. So it is with us: the body is the earth, the spirit is the seed. Death is only a sleep from which we awaken. ³ Why would the Father, who created everything, leave his children in darkness? No, he calls us back. ⁴ Resurrection is not about flesh that decays—that is only a shadow. True resurrection is the awakening of the soul, the knowledge of the Father, the return to the Fullness. ⁵ When the Son came, he showed us the way: he died, but he lives. Not in a body that suffers, but in a spirit that is eternal. ⁶ We too—when we understand that we are His, that we came from Him—are already the resurrection. ⁷ Some fear death because they think of the body. But why? The body is a garment we will lay aside. The spirit remains. ⁸ And when we return to the Father, the garment does not return—it remains in the dust. ⁹ So do not wait for the last day. The resurrection is now: when you turn inward, when you know the truth, when you become whole. Then death loses its power, because you are already alive in what is beyond death. ¹⁰ Therefore I say: Be sober, be watchful, be in the knowledge. The resurrection is not an event—it is a state. And you have that state within you. Amen.
