Ve jménu Velkého neviditelného Ducha, ve Jménu Barbelo – Matky i Otce, ve jménu Ježíše Krista – drahého spasitele, i Matky Moudrosti Sophie:

¹ Ó, ty Neviditelný, ty, jenž jsi před vším, vznešený Otče plnosti, světlo nad světly – dej mi tvé světlo. ² Dej mi své milosrdenství. ³ Můj spasiteli, spas mne, neboť jsem tvůj – ten, jenž z tebe vyšel. ⁴ Ty jsi můj rozum, zroď mne. ⁵ Ty jsi Má pokladnice, otevři se mi. ⁶ Ty jsi má plnost, přijmi mne k sobě. ⁷ Ty jsi mé odpočinutí, dej mi to dokonalé, čeho se nelze zmocnit. ⁸ Modlím se k tobě, k tomu, jenž je jsoucí a prajsoucí, ve jménu vznešenějším nad každé jméno, skrze Ježíše Krista, Pána Pánů, krále Aionů. ⁹ Dej mi své dary, kterých nelituješ, skrze Syna Člověka, Ducha, Parakleta pravdy. ¹⁰ Dej mi moc, žádám tě. ¹¹ Dej uzdravení mému tělu, když tě žádám skrze evangelistu, a spas mou duši věčným světlem i mého ducha. ¹² A prvorozeného plodu mého ducha, ať je v tobě navždy. Amen.

In the name of the Great Invisible Spirit, in the name of Barbelo—Mother and Father, in the name of Jesus Christ—our beloved Savior, and in the name of Sophia, the Mother of Wisdom:

¹ O Invisible One, you who are before all things, exalted Father of fullness, light above all lights—give me your light. ² Grant me your mercy. ³ My Savior, save me, for I am yours—the one who came forth from you. ⁴ You are my mind; give birth to me. ⁵ You are my treasury; open yourself to me. ⁶ You are my fullness; receive me into yourself. ⁷ You are my rest; grant me that perfect rest which cannot be grasped. ⁸ I pray to you, to the One who is and who will be, in the name more exalted than every name, through Jesus Christ, Lord of Lords, King of the Ages. ⁹ Grant me your gifts, which you do not withhold, through the Son of Man, the Spirit, the Paraclete of truth. ¹⁰ Grant me power; I ask this of you. ¹¹ Grant healing to my body, as I ask you through the evangelist, and save my soul with eternal light, and my spirit as well. ¹² And may the firstfruits of my spirit remain in you forever.
